NAR and FCBR Requirements
Code of Ethics & Fair Housing Requirements
Members are required to complete and follow the Code of Ethics & Fair Housing every 3 years (this can also count for CE!) Members can find out what cycle they are in at NAR under Education Tab.

Member Dues
Members are required to pay dues every year; October 1st is the deadline for paying your annual renewal without penalty (3 Reminders go out in September)

The Code of Ethics, Fair Housing and the FCBR New Member Quiz are the 3 Requirements to make your REALTOR® Membership Official!
- New members and individuals with a break in membership over one year are required to take these trainings
- Members only need their Member ID to take these courses. Look up (link is external) your Member ID.
- Not eligible for CE credits
