Education
FCBR keeps up with the latest trends, information and educational opportunities for it’s members by providing education courses and events. We offer Continuing Education (CE) and non-CE courses free to members. Most classes are live but we have also partnered with the CE shop for online education too.
We like to use our own members to teach classes! Are you interested in teaching? Do you have some courses or instructors to recommend to us? Please let us know. Contact our Director of Communications, Marketing, Events & Education at: [email protected]
Code of Ethics
REALTORS® are required to complete a Code of Ethics training, of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time, and meeting specific learning objectives and criteria, every three-year cycle as established by the National Association of REALTORS®.
Current Ethics Training Cycle: January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024.
Future Ethics Cycle: January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027

New members of local REALTOR® associations must complete similar training when they first join. A new member who has completed the New Member Code of Ethics Orientation shall not be required to complete additional ethics training until the next three-year cycle.
Failure to complete training during any cycle will lead to suspension of membership for the January and February immediately following the cycle deadline, with the termination of membership starting March 1 after the cycle deadline.
Code of Ethics classes are provided by FCBR every year, and are free to members. For additional training options: click here.
Please check the FCBR calendar for upcoming classes, or call us at (970) 223-2900 for additional information.
